To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit and ONLY if the packaged was insured. If you're item arrives via priority mail and is damages, please send us an email (including pictures of the package and item) at email@example.com. We will contact you within 48 hours excluding weekends.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. ALL shipping costs are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
